Here within the beautiful southern California area of Los Angeles… I am always encountering friends and family that ask me questions that I don’t always know the answer to…

The other day, someone asked me a question that I did have some of the answers to… it was a question about Lasik in Los Angeles.

And I would like to talk a little about Lasik in Los Angeles.

I was out on the town with my friends, and the conversation went to the topic of eyes and eyeglasses… About half the group wears glasses and the other half does not.

Then someone asked me If I knew anything about Lasik in Los Angeles. I told her that I had heard good things about a Lasik Surgeon named Dr. Robert T Lin MD who has years of experience, and has been doing Lasik in Los Angeles for many years. She then started asking me about what sort of questions that I should ask the Lasik Surgeon named Dr. Robert T Lin MD… so, I made a few suggestions… I said to ask about how the eye works, how it is that we see what we see, I suggested that she ask what is nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism. She told me she would think about it… She lives in the Los Angeles area, and she thought that would be a perfect fit if she decided to go ahead and consider Lasik in Los Angeles.

So, if this helps anyone in the Los Angeles, California area who is considering Lasik in Los Angeles… you may want to consider the Lasik Surgeon named Dr. Robert T Lin MD…

Back pain is suffered my many millions of people who find no long term relief from this complaint; finding some form of medication to bring back pain relief is probably a sufferers first thought, even if it only temporary. Pain relief is possible with the medications available but that is all they do and the reason for the pain continues.

As far as the sufferer is concerned, this medication should only be taken whilst under supervision by a medical expert. It is not difficult to injure your back, especially if you are a manual worker but long term problems can also be the result of poor body posture or from an accident.

Most spinal problems are a result of lifting heavy weights but they can also be caused by lifting even light weights incorrectly, the pain is usually experienced in the lower back. However, a number of back pain relief treatments can be used without the need for drugs. Tense muscles in the back can be eased just by gentle stretching; this provides relief and is simple to carry out.

Some are finding relief using reflexology, an ancient type of alternative medical treatment. It uses the concept that certain areas of the body having corresponding areas on the feet which can benefit from massage. In addition to this, reflexology can also help to improve the blood circulation which in turn provides relief to aching and tired muscles.

Acupuncture on the other hand has been used in China since before the birth of Christ and has had considerable success in helping sufferers. It is providing back pain relief even though this is something that has only recently being used in the Western world. The Chinese believed all humans have an energy force called qi and by inserting needles in specific parts of the body, it can help to unblock qi and restore the flow. There are large numbers of people that use acupuncture on a regular basis and claim it works well for them providing pain relief; especially those who have what is termed a chronic condition.

Relief can also come from another Chinese treatment like tai chi which is a form of yoga but not so strenuous. It focuses on breath control and is very relaxing owing to its gentle nature. It is possible for anyone to participate irrespective of age.

Natural back pain relief should really start with more frequent exercise which will not only help ensure the back is more flexible but help prevent spinal problems.

It brings me to a question that I have been thinking about…

What is American Culture ?

I really wonder if it can even be defined… if it can ever be narrowed down to a set of religious practices, foods, dances, customs, fashion…

Or is American Culture just the opposite… basically a lack of culture ?

What is culture ?
